Campaign Policy for Mshrue Crowdfunding Platform

At Mshrue, we are committed to providing a transparent and secure reward-based crowdfunding platform for project creators and backers alike. Our platform enables creative individuals to bring their innovative ideas to life with the support of a community of backers who share their passion. To ensure a fair and successful crowdfunding experience, we have established the following campaign policy:

1) Campaign Duration:

Each campaign on Mshrue will have a fixed duration of 1 month. This timeframe allows project creators to effectively promote their campaigns and reach their funding goals within a reasonable period.

2) No Charges if Target is Not Met:

If a campaign's duration ends and the target funding goal has not been met, no charges will be made to the backers' credit cards. We believe in the importance of reaching the full target to ensure successful project completion.

3) Authorisation and Processing of Backer Contributions:

During the campaign, Mshrue will authorise and hold the pledged amount from the backers' credit cards. However, the amount will not be processed until 1 month has passed and the campaign reaches its target. This approach ensures that backers' contributions are held securely until the project's viability is confirmed.

4) Validity of Identity and Project Assessment:

Mshrue takes the responsibility of maintaining the trust and credibility of our platform seriously. Therefore, we will request the validity of identity from project creators to ensure their authenticity. Additionally, we will assess the ability of project owners to meet their target and deliver on the promises made to backers. This evaluation process helps us identify credible projects and mitigates the risk of fraudulent campaigns.

5) Acknowledgment of Risks:

Backers on Mshrue are aware that crowdfunding inherently carries risks, and there may be unforeseen circumstances that prevent the delivery of rewards. While we strive to minimize such instances through our project assessment process, we cannot guarantee the successful completion of every campaign. Backers are encouraged to carefully evaluate each project and understand the risks involved before making a pledge.

6) Fees:

For successful campaigns, Mshrue charges a fee of 10% of the total amount collected. This fee contributes to the operation and maintenance of our platform, ensuring ongoing support for project creators and backers. Additionally, payment providers may apply an approximate 2.5% fee, which is separate from our platform fees.

7) Advertising Responsibility:

Project creators are responsible for promoting and advertising their campaigns on external websites and platforms. While Mshrue provides a platform for showcasing projects and connecting with backers, the success of a campaign greatly depends on the creator's marketing efforts. We encourage project owners to leverage various channels to maximize exposure and attract potential backers.

By adhering to these campaign policies, Mshrue aims to foster a reliable and rewarding crowdfunding ecosystem that benefits both project creators and backers. We are committed to facilitating the growth of innovative ideas and supporting the realization of creative projects.
